Dear [Name],
I’m writing to ask for approval to attend the 2014 OrgSync Connect User Conference, June 26-28, 2014 in Dallas, Texas.
OrgSync Connect will bring together over 100 campuses and 250educators from all over the country. It is a gathering of the minds where we can exchange ideas, build new relationships, and learn about the latest innovations from the OrgSync team. The conference provides a forum for campuses to share best practices, ideas, and implementation successes.
OrgSync Connectwill teach me how to maximize the benefits of OrgSync, while also providinga forum for me to meet with other schools that face similar challenges, discover potential solutions, and learn how OrgSync can be used to improve our daily interactions with students. I will also have the opportunity to interact directly with OrgSync developers, designers, and Campus Consultants.
To best maximize our investment, I will focus my time on finding solutions to:
- [Solution 1]
- [Solution 2]
- [Solution 3]
Listed below is an estimate of costs to attend the conference.
Travel:$XXX
Transportation (to and from the airport):$15(Hotel shuttle with tip)
Meals (breakfasts & lunches included): $75(3 meals at $25 per meal)
Hotel (Single occupancy, two nights):$238($119 per night)

Total Cost:$XXX
Prior to OrgSync’s2013 user conference, only 37.15% of attendees gave themselves an A or B as it related to overall product knowledge. However, after the conference, 91.43% gave themselves an A or B. I believe that OrgSync Connect would be extremely beneficial to my position, our department, and our campus, and it would ensure we maximize thereturn on our investment in OrgSync.
Please let me know if I can provide any additional information, and I look forward to hearing your decision.
Best,
