July/August 2017 Promotion

1. Wildwood Casino will host a Free Gas Promotion in July and August 2017.

2. Players 21 years of age or older with an active Club Wild card are eligible.

3. Starting July 2nd, players may receive one free entry into that week’s drawings. Free daily entries may be activated on any marking kiosk located throughout the casino.

4. At the conclusion of the final entry based drawing on Saturday, all entries will be discarded and only entries received/earned that day count towards the next week’s earned entry drawings.

5. Players may receive additional entries by the following:

a. Redeeming related Wildwood promotions

b. One (1) entry for every Fifty (50) base points earned on their Club Wild card.

i. There is no limit to the number of entries a player may earn in this fashion.

c. Elite members are eligible to earn an entry multiplier each day during the promotion. To receive this multiplier, each qualifying player must activate the appropriate prize on any marketing kiosk. The following players are eligible for additional multipliers:

i. Sapphire/Ruby members receive 2X entries

ii. Diamond members receive 3X entries

iii. Black Level members receive 4X entries

d. Ten additional entries will be awarded for anyone who brings a receipt from Gas N Roll or Wildwood Transportation Center showing they spent at least $10. Limit one receipt per day.

Weekly Earned Entry Drawings

6. Each Friday and Saturday (July 7th - August 26th) weekly earned entry drawings will be held at 6pm, 8pm and 10pm via the MGT Drawing Software. Note drawings will take place between the top of the hour and 15 minutes past the hour.

a. Three winners will be drawn at each scheduled drawing time. The winner's name will be announced over the house PA regardless of whether or not they are known to be in the building and they will have two (2) minutes to report to the host station or let an employee know they are present.

b. If a winner’s name is announced and they do not report properly within the time allotted, another name will be drawn and the new winner’s name announced and given two (2) minutes to properly report. After a total of two attempts, a hot seat drawing will occur until that spot is filled.

c. Winners will be awarded $50 in Free Gas. Players will be given the option of receiving $25 in Point Adjustments and $25 in Certificates or all $50 in Certificates. No change will be given when the certificates are used.

d. No change will be given for the certificates.

e. Players are only eligible to win one prize during the earned entry drawings at 6pm, 8pm and 10pm. In the event that the same player is selected more than once a replacement winner will be chosen.

Hot Seat Drawings

7. Hot Seat drawings will be held each Friday and Saturday, July 7th through August 26th, at 7pm and 9pm.

8. The 7pm drawing will be a Hot Seat drawing of three (3) active slot players using the Super Playmate Player Tracking System. To be eligible players must have their Club Wild card properly inserted into a slot machine and be actively playing. It is the player's responsibility to verify that their card has been properly inserted and recognized by the system.

9. The 9pm drawing will be a Hot Seat drawing of three (3) active table games players using the Table Trac System. To be eligible players must have an open rating in the Table Trac system with their Club Wild number associated with the rating.

10. Winners’ names will be drawn and announced over the house PA and they will have two (2) minutes to report to the Host Station or let an employee know they are present to claim their prize. In the event the winner does not claim their prize another name will be drawn. This process will be continued until the prize is claimed.

11. Winners will be awarded $50 in Free Gas. Players will be given the option of receiving $25 in Point Adjustments and $25 in Certificates or all $50 in Certificates. No change will be given when the certificates are used.

Weekly Grand Prize Drawings

12. Between 10:30pm and 10:45pm each Friday and Saturday (July 7th through August 26th) one winner will be selected from that week’s earned entries.

a. One winner will be drawn at the scheduled drawing time. The winner's name will be announced over the house PA regardless of whether or not they are known to be in the building and they will have two (2) minutes to report to the host station or let an employee know they are present.

13. Winners will receive a total of $2,600 in free gas to be used during the next twelve months. Prizes will be issued in the form of Points or Gas Certificates or a 50/50 split between the two. If the player chooses the point option the corresponding number of points (43,333) will be adjusted on the first of each month. Players may also choose a one-time prize of $2,000 in Wild Loot in place of points or gas certificates.

Earn and Get Free Gas

14. Each Monday through Thursday in July and August, 2017 Club Wild Members are eligible for $1 in Free Gas ($10 max per day) for every 150 points they earn between 7am and 7pm.

Restrictions

1. Must be 21 to participate.

2. Must have a Wildwood Club Wild card and valid ID.

3. Must be present to win.

4. This promotion is not open to Wildwood Casino employees or immediate family members residing in the same household of employees.

5. Prize players may be required to sign a release form acknowledging that Wildwood Casino has the right to broadcast and/or publicize his/her name, likeness, voice or picture and the fact that he/she has won a certain prize without payment or any compensation for a period of one year.

6. Participation is an agreement to waive any and all claims against Wildwood Casino, their affiliates, employees, agents and representatives for personal injury or loss which may occur from the participation in this promotion or from the receipt or use of any prize.

7. Players are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes relative to the prizes. Players of all prizes associated with this promotion will be required to give Wildwood Casino their social security number, legal name, present address, phone number and driver’s license number for tax record keeping purposes. Players of all prizes over $100 will be required to sign an income tax information release stating the total value of the prize won.

8. Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time and will make the final decision in any disputes.

9. Wild Loot is Wildwood’s term for non-cashable downloadable credits.
