BUILDING INFORMATION MODEL (BIM) FUNDV2 (July 2015)

INSTRUCTION

(PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE FILLING UP THE APPLICATION FORM)

  1. Applicant is to submit the BIM Fund application and get BCA in-principle approval first before committing or signing any contract with the software vendor or service provider.
  1. Eligibility criteria: Applicant must be Singapore-registered firm, and

Applicant must be a member of an on-going or upcoming constructionproject.

  1. Applicant can applyup to 3 applicationsfrom July 2015.
  2. Level of Support: up to 50% or 70% of the training, consultancy services, hardware and software costs. Maximum grant is $30,000 per applicant. GST is not supported.BCA reserves the right to determine the supportable items, and which discipline(s) an applicant belongs to.
  3. Applicant must carry out the BIM Collaboration on an on-going or upcoming local construction project with GFA not less than 5,000 sqm over at least a 6 month period.
  4. BIM Collaboration must involve at least 2 different disciplines from unrelated applicant firms.
  5. Coordinated BIM models, BIM Execution Plan Template and joint Completion Report must be submitted aspart of the claim.
  6. Applicant involved in the BIM Collaboration must invite BCA officer(s) to attend at least1 of the project coordination meeting.
  7. All fields in this form are required. Where the information is not applicable, a ‘NA” or “NIL” is necessary.
