Computer Management Plan/Schedule for Using Computers While Working in Cooperative Groups

CLASSROOM COMPUTER RULES

1.  Always ask for permission before getting on the computer.

2.  Come to class prepared to work.

3.  Operate the computer safely and properly.

4.  Only use your password to log on the computer.

5.  Keep all food and drink away from the computers at all times.

6.  When working in cooperative groups on the computer, feel free to talk with one another, but use your inside voices.

7.  Always do your best work!

8.  Do not be on the Internet unless your parent has signed a permission form and the teacher has given you permission. Please remember the Internet safety rules we discussed in class!!!!!

PROCEDURES

1.  Look at the schedule below and sit at your assigned station and only use the computer during your assigned time. *Remember, group will go a different time each day.

2.  Never mess with your neighbors or another person’s computer.

3.  Respect the computer hardware and software.

4.  Only use computer programs you need to complete the assignment.

5.  If you need help, ask or neighbor or raise your hand quietly.

6.  Do not add programs or remove programs on the computer.

7.  Remember to always SAVE! SAVE! SAVE!

8.  When finished using the computer, remember to log off the computer.

9.  Clean your work station and then return quietly back to your seat.
