I am pleased to inform you that DISTRICT is proudly partnering with EVERFI to bring critical skills instructions to the schools in our district. Through this public-private partnership, we are able to bring EVERFI’s technology platform to our schools, and provide our students with access to cutting-edge curriculum that will enable them to become literate in financial education, STEM exploration, health and wellness, and career success.
We have made this commitment in our community because of our strong belief that if we can better educate the students of today, then they will become responsible citizens of tomorrow.
EVERFI has 16 instructional digital resources that can be smoothly integrated into the curriculum as a supplemental resource. The platform covers hundreds of topics including credit scores, character education, digital citizenship, civic engagement, nutrition, and substance abuse, and other critical concepts. The platform tracks individual student progress and knowledge gain providing teachers with individualized reports.
Our partnership goal this year is to provide as many students as possible with access to these critical life skills before they leave your schools. With that aim in mind, we hope that you will consider helping us expand the usage of thesedigital learning programs at your school, and perhaps even require completion.

This year, our district has adopted a new online curriculum that teaches your student the critical life skills they need outside the core curriculum. EVERFI, an education technology company, has partnered with organizations in our community that are interested in preparing our students for life after school. These online resources are at no cost to the district, school, or taxpayer because of the support of the corporations and organizations. We recognize the need to equip students with critical thinking skills and to build students’ confidence, mastery, and excitement around topics like personal finance, civic engagement, STEM, character education, nutrition and wellness, and substance abuse prevention.
