We are seeking applicants for the following position(s).
Student Services Supervisor - District Wide
This position provides leadership, assistance, and support for teachers and support staff responsible for ensuring a free appropriate public education for students with disabilities. This position directly supervises and evaluates student services and special education staff across the district, monitors legal compliance, and assesses program effectiveness.
Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:
- Directly supervise and evaluate student services and special education teachers and support staff across the district. Work in conjunction with the Director of Student Services and building level administration to screen and select special education staff.
- Provide leadership for district wide student services team meetings by group type, develop and deliver professional development for staff, create schedules with staff, and oversee compliance efforts.
- Provide support for the district level PBIS and SELS work by supporting the PBIS external coaches as well as the district PBIS teams.
- Education: A Master’s degree in an Education related field is required.
- Certification: A Director of Special Education and Pupil Services Administrative license is required. A special education teacher, student services, or pupil services license is also required. Must obtain Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness Evaluator certification within one (1) year.
- Experience:Three (3) years experience in special education, student or pupil services or related is required. Prior Administrative and/or leadership experience is also required.
- Bilingual skills are highly valued but not a requirement for this position.

●This position works an administrative 240 day (11 month) contract with starting compensation of no less than $99,137 per year with an exceptional benefits package.
