TERMS OF LEASE

IT IS AGREED:

1) That the Fellowship hall will not be rented to non-members for wedding receptions unless the resident Pastor is the officiant.

2) That the Lessee confirms final arrangements with the office 48 hours prior to the planned event. This time will also serve as the cancellation notice deadline.

3) A pre-rental inspection of facilities will be done with Church representative and Lessee for existing damage and noted on rental agreement. A damage deposit will be submitted with the signing of the lease (not applicable if the user is a member of the congregation).

4)That the balance of the rent be paid on or before the day of the event.

5)That the Lessee be responsible for cleanup immediately after use; this involves leaving the premises in the condition in which it was found.

6)That the use of the public address system and Church audio and video equipment be supervised by the Church Sound Technician.

7)That the tablecloths are supplied buy the Lessee.

8)That no alcoholic beverages will be consumed on the premises except communion wine used during a worship service.

9)That there be no smoking on the premise in accordance to the city by-law.

10)That the Lessee ensures maximum occupancy limits are not exceeded.

11)That activities and decorations be respectful and not cause damage to the premises.

12)That in the event of damages, the Lessee will pay the cost of all repairs over and above the damage deposit.

13)That the congregation will not be held responsible for any personal injury and loss of property by users.

14)That terms and conditions are subject to change by Church Council.
