We would like to extend an invitation to all families in Washington School to come to our PTO meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 24th in the auditorium. Childcare will be provided. We look forward to seeing you.

We are pleased to welcome guest speaker Tara Spinelli to present Washington School Walks!

Following are the proposed agenda items for the meeting:

Old Business:

·  Thank you: We apologize and thank anyone we might have forgotten for volunteering at our events!
Book Fair- Thanks to Chair- Andrea Tramontanna and Mrs. Battaglia, Mrs. Moscaritola, Mr. Moscaritola, Jason Tramontana, Our Custodian Joe Pascucci, Wendy Paul, Melissa Scrudato, Melissa Florie, Donna Grisanti, Marla Hunter, Kim Farro, Lynn Vigilante, Nita Talerico, Marie Nugiel, Dana Polewka, Camille Bethelmie, Tracie Raffa, Sunitha M, Jessica Malanga, Larissa Mangum, Rachel Nicolette, Jenn Quinn, Dyana Bolander, Ceci Tramontana and The Nutley Crew Team.
**The library will get $4,224.68 in new Books, including $1468.22 coin profit raised by our students!!
Dr. Seuss Day- Thanks to Chairs- Melissa Florie and Kelly Konz, with Marla Hunter helping to deliver cupcakes to our students!

We appreciate all donations and support given to this event.
**We are very pleased to let you know we raised $17,199.42 just from this event!!!** 420 Tickets were sold for this event.
St. Patrick’s Day- Thanks to the PTO and Class Parents for the green bagels, butter, cream cheese, napkins and drinks!!

New Business:

·  2014 – 2015 Volunteer Sign Up in the Event Committee Binder- Please be pro-active and sign up!
Due to security reasons if you are not signed up to help at an event, we will have to turn you away. If you are signed up, but can’t make it when we call you that’s no problem! (All the children are excited to see their parents at an event,
be generous with your time and help out for them! We need Dad’s too!!!)

·  Board of Education Meetings to be added to our monthly calendars. Please come out and support!!! Next meeting scheduled for April 27th at 6:30 in the JHWMS Music Room.

·  2015-2016 PTO Board voting ballots will be out this week.

Thursday, March 26th - ½ Day, Children are dismissed at 12:30
