SUBJECT:- CONTRACT REGARDING PURCHASE OF CHEMICALS, ENZYMES/KITS AND GLASS/PLASTIC WARES ETC.

In continuous to this Branch circular of even number dated 03-06-2015. It is circulated to all Heads of Division/Scientists that NIBGE has made running contract of seven months with the firms/vendors for the supply of Chemicals, Enzymes/Kits and Glass/plastic wares etc up to 31-12-2015 (new detailed list attached). The detail of the items is also available on NIBGE Website.

It is therefore, requested that the purchase proposals of contractual items may be raised on proper Indent by showing funds availability, Mode of purchase as “Running Contract” along with justification to this office for further process .
