Hello Whitmore Bolles Families,
My name is Jenna Zelek. I am the mom of 4th grader, Lucas Zelek, and 2nd grader, Tyler Zelek. I am also a consultant for Thirty-One Gifts. Since the 4th graders have begun to raise money for 5th grade camp, I have offered to host a fundraiser to help them out. All profits from this sale (which is 20% of the product total), will be donated to the 4th grade class for camp in October. They can use all the help we can give them since camp is a huge expense. Please consider ordering for yourself, your kids, or even a friend or family member with an upcoming birthday!
To make the ordering process easier, I have chosen six of our most popular ‘Thirty-One Gifts’ items to offer as part of this fundraiser. I have calculated the shipping and taxes for each item already, so ordering should be simple. For those that are new to ‘Thirty-One Gifts’, I encourage you to take a look at the online catalog: www.thirtyonegifts.com/catalog. You will learn more about what this awesome company is all about and what we have to offer.
So, after you choose your items, please list them on the order form (on the back of this sheet) and add up the total. All of the items I chose for this fundraiser (minus the greeting cards), can be personalized with embroidery. If you are choosing to personalize your items, please visit the website to take a look at your choices: www.thirtyonegifts.com/catalog/personalization. There are so many colors and styles of embroidery that I just couldn’t add them all here as well as they have done on the website. All of the items I have included have a 12 character limit on one line or 8 character limit if you are choosing to embroider on 2 lines. Also, please be sure that your phone number is on your order form, and PLEASE let me know if you receive text messages, since I may have a question while entering your order. Thank-You so much for helping our kids raise money for 5th grade camp!
Order forms are due on or before Friday, May 22.
Please be sure to include your order form and payment in a SEALED envelope in your child’s folder, or you may drop it off with Mrs. Julie personally, in the office. Your orders will be delivered to your child’s classroom during the last week of school.
