Cllr Parsons’ apologies were accepted as he was away, Cllr Rowley’s as he was attending a Mayoral engagement and Cllrs Speight and Winfield as they had other engagements.

It was proposed by Cllr Grantham and seconded by Cllr Annis and RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 20th November 2014 be accepted as a true record of the proceedings.

Decision:- No objection

Pershore College, Avonbank, Pershore

Proposed plant collections house, new main entrance with new teaching facilities and learning resource centre – as approved under permission ref no W/14/01532/PN but without compliance with condition 7 to allow change to external materials.

Decision:- No objection

Regularisation of the Change of Use of land purchased to form extended residential amenity space. Retrospective planning application for the erection of a boundary fence to the south east corner of the residential curtilage. Rear single storey extension to form new dining area. Rear two storey “granny annexe” extension to create single bedroom and associated living space.

Decision:- No objection in principle to change of use but concerns that the design of the proposed extension is out of keeping with neighbouring properties, and concerns that the internal layout of a “granny annex” shows a two storey annex with the bedroom on the first floor.
