i.  Students auditioning for region band ONLY check on their grade level (7th or 8th)

ii. Students auditioning for region band AND region orchestra check on 9th grade

Enter Students through CHARMS (alternate entry method)

To upload entries through CHARMS, log in to the TMEA Audition Entry Process and create your campus. Once you have done so, a Campus ID will be assigned and displayed on your Campus List page. Take this Campus ID number and update it in your CHARMS settings. Follow the instructions in CHARMS to complete your entries.

Late entries (after the initial deadline) are not allowed through CHARMS.

“All TMEA activities are extracurricular. In order to participate in TMEA activities, a student must be passing the number of courses required by state law and by rules of the State Board of Education. The student must have been in attendance and have passed the number of courses required by the University Interscholastic League for extracurricular participation. “

*Fines for late additions and changes after the entry deadline: “The first signup deadline will be 14 days before the contest date. The late signup deadline will be 7 days before the contest date. New entries after the first signup deadline will be assessed a student fee of 200%. (Student fee=$12, Late student fee=$24)”
