ACQUISITION: The copy prints were ordered from the Library of Congress in 1977. Panoramas #34-37 were added from the backlog in December 2013.
ACCESS: The photographs may be viewed however they may not be photocopied.

COPYRIGHT: Requests for permission to reproduce images from this colleciton should be discussed with the librarian.
PROCESSING: The original panoramas were photographed in sections and mounted on acid neutral paper and sleeved in Mylar.
SCOPE AND CONTENTS NOTE
The size of the original panoramas, located at the Library of Congress, is unknown. Some of these images may be viewed digitally on the Library of Congress’ American Memory Project website, in the Panoramic Photographs (search on photographers’ names). The F.W. Sheelor panoramas may also be seen full size in the F.W. Sheelor Collection, PCA 383. An index of photographers and places is available on page 4 of this finding aid. Panoramas #34-37 were added to the collection from the backlog in December of 2013.
