Sponsorship packages are designed for your company to get maximum exposure while participating in the 7th annual Gloucester Craftsmen & Home Show 2017. This event will be heavily advertised and well attended. Pick at what level you would like to participate.
Sponsorship Package A: $600
What we provide for the sponsorship:
· Your company will be tagged on (45) Radio commercials WVLT 92.fm
· Booth Space 12 x 12 outdoors, Prime Location main entrance to event.
· Banners, supplied by you, displayed at main entrance & covered stage
· Opportunity to include promo materials, provided by your company, in shopping bags given to patrons to event (Please bring with you at check in on Sat. May 6, 7:30am to 9:45am. Event opens at 10am. 1,000 bags will be given out to families.
· Full Page Ad (Black/White Program) Size 5 ½ x 11 Program.
· Your company logo/ website linked www.gloucestercraftfair.com * You must bring your own table/chairs. Pull up to booth space, unload, park in vendor parking area. Booth space given at check in main entrance to fairgrounds.
Sponsorship Package B: $400 (5) available
· Booth Space Open sided pole barn or outside along walkway with electric.
· Your Logo w/link on www.gloucestercountycraftfair.com until 12/30/2017
· ½ page (5 ½ x 11) Email ad to
Sponsorship Package C: Little Miss & Mister Springtime Pageant $250 (4 available)
Your sponsorship provides tiaras, sashes, gift bags, king’s crown and judges for pageant.
Space is not included with this sponsorship.
· Half page advertising in the Event Program. Free to consumers visiting the event.
· Your flyer inserted into shopping bags. You must provide us with 1,000 flyers. Drop off at check in the morning of event.
· Your company banner hung on the main stage all hours of event. Drop off at check in.
Sponsorship Package D: All Breed Spring Dog Parade & Show $200 (1) Available
No exhibit booth included
Your sponsorship provides treat bags, ribbons and trophies for the 12 first place winners.
½ page ad in the Event Program. Representatives from company awards winners.
Your company name printed on trophies as sponsor. Your banner hung on main stage.
