AVON BINGO PARTY

Our ALL New Bingo Party Plan is meant for you to Show, Sell & Share the products to a Large Group of People. By doing this you will have easily make the Extra Commission Sales during that Campaign and possibly gain 10 or more new customers!

Typically party planning is 2 – 3 weeks. But AVON Bingo Parties can be held on the spur of the moment with items you have on hand or you can plan and order DEMO’S from upcoming brochures.

To make this Party Plan work for you, at least 10 people should be in Attendance to cover your cost. Your initial cost to start doing parties might be a little more but once you get your materials you should have extra for more parties.

When you talk with the Host to Set Date & Time you will explain the Party plan so they knows exactly what they will receive and how the Party will be held.

MATERIALS NEEDED

  1. Party Plan Script (This is an example of what you will say during the party. “Keep it Simple” Try to keep your Parties to a Minimum of only 1 Hour)
  1. Promotion Flyers(To promote BINGO PARTIES to your customers)

3. Invites (Can be Avon provided or you can print or write out your own)

4. Stickers(To promote TODAY ONLY SPECIALS in brochures)

5. Raffle Cards(To get Customer Info & Leads for potential host)

6. Bingo Game

7. Brochures (Place inside What’s New Bags)

8. Samples (Place inside What’s New bags)

9. Order books(Add to What’s New bags)

10. Pens (Place on your order table)

11. 5 Bingo Prizes, Alternate gifts and 1 Raffle Gift(Keep it simple, you can order the Vinyl bags to put Prizes in)

12. Display products or things you have to sell if possible

Hi my name is ______. Thank you for joining us today to play AVON Bingo and to have lots of fun!

First I would like to thank ______for inviting us into her home today. I have a Special Gift that ______has selected for hosting the party. (Present Gift and DEMO it).

______will also be shopping from the brochure today with a special discount. If you would like to host an AVON Bingo party to receive a Hostess Gift and the Special Discounts I would love to talk with you later after the Bingo games.

Here are the Rules of the Game:

- We will play 5 Games of BINGO

- You have 1 Bingo Card – 1 card will be used for 5 games

- 1 Winner per game. If there are more than 1 winner, the first one to call BINGO wins the prize, all others will get an alternate gift.

Tips for a Successful Party

Time Line & Follow up

  1. Schedule Date & Time with Host (Give host invites and explain party plan at this time)
  1. Purchase & Order Materials (See Frequently Asked Questions)
  1. 1st Follow up with Host (E-mail or call host to make sure they Invite at least 10 guest and suggest “Keeping it Simple” with Refreshments)
  1. Organize your Party Materials to go (Pack your materials and get ready to party)
  1. 2nd Follow up with Host (E-mail or call 3 days before party to get RSVP’S totals and discuss any last minute issues)
  1. Final Follow up with Host (Day of the party, in the AM to see how she is doing and let her know you will be there early)

Q: When should I order my Materials? You can order them ahead fo tiem to have on hand or after you have set the Date & Time with your Host.

Q: How should I choose my Items for the Hostess Gift, Bingo Prizes and Raffle Gift?

Look in the Outlet or Sale Flyers for the Hostess Gift it will cost you less. Ideas for Prizes could be Demo’s for the next Campaign so customers feel like VIP’s. They get to win items that are not yet out for sale in the brochures. And the Raffle gift could be something you have on hand or once again look for a Special in our Brochures!

Q: I want to use Store bought bags to put the brochures and samples in, is that OK?

If you use Avon Provided Materials it will look more professional, But you can change things up a bit buy purchasing Party Bags from another store if you like.
