  1. I shall not make Samrat Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. responsible for any accident that may occur while on Tour/Treks/Expedition due to natural calamity, and where a rapid evacuation is not possible.
  2. I shall not make Samrat Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. responsible for any kind of illness due to hazards of traveling in remote and altitude mountain terrain and not provided with emergency treatment.
  3. I shall not to be entitled of any refund due to certain conditions imposed by Chinese travel authority or, any other associated on Samrat Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd.
  4. I am fully aware of the difficult nature of this travel and the critical factors associated with it. I agree to accept all risks associated with the complete travel and further agree to strictly adhere to the terms and other conditions of Samrat Tours & Travels Pvt.
