Paper and print quality are vitally important for successful microfilming and legibility.Normally,internationalA480to90gsmBondpaper shouldbeused for the Dissertationwhichshouldbe printedonsinglesideofthepaper.Exceptionally,paperother than international A4 sizemaybeusedwhen thenatureof theDissertationrequires it.

  1. Cambria font,size 12-point,10to12characters per inch mustbeusedwith 1.5linespacing.

LeftMarginshouldbe38mm(1.5”)allothermarginsshouldbeconsistently 25.4mm (1.0”).Exceptionally,marginsofadifferentsizemay be usedwhenthenatureofthe Dissertation requires it.

  3. All the copiesare to beproducedfor endorsementatthetimeofviva voice. Six copies brought for external examiners will be returned to respective student after completionof examination.
  4. A Ph. D scholarhastosubmitoneCD/DVDcomprisingsoftcopy ofThesis. (in.pdfformat)intwoseparatefolders1stfolderfor “Certificateswith Abstracts”and2ndfolderfor“Body ofThesis ”.Ineachfoldergiveenrolmentnumber followed byname ofstudentas filename.
