Service(s) Holding the Information
/ Environmental Health Consultation TeamSummary of the Information Held
Noise complaints received relating to noise.
As there is no specific code on the Uniform database to retrieve this information, the information held on our database has had to be extracted using keywords. These being the following: waste, rubbish, refuse, garbage, bottle/glass collection, recycling, commercial waste. Each keyword would have to be entered separately using upper, lower and title case. This however may not extract all the complaints received as this is dependant on how they were recorded at the time of the complaint.
The only way to extract all the information is to manually sort through all the noise complaints received during the period requested.
