A spooktackular Saint Jude Church Halloween Event

Event Overview:

Trunk or Treaters spend the afternoon going from trunk to trunk,

collecting candy from volunteers who have decorated their vehicles to

serve as a backdrop for this spooktacular event!!

Volunteers Needed for this Event:

Trunks Wanted!!

Volunteers will be asked to decorate their trunks or tailgates and provide

stopping points for candy distribution at this event. All interested

volunteers please pick up registration to fill-out.

Candy Partners Wanted!!

Candy partners are families or individuals who cannot make the event

But are willing to donate individually wrapped bag(s) of candy for this

Event. If you are interested in donating, please call 908-362-1431 or

Drop off bags to religious education office at Saint Jude Church. If you

Are planning to attend but are only treating, please bring one bag of

Candy as entrance into the event.

Youth Group Volunteers Wanted!!

We are looking for youth group members to come and help with the

organizing of this event and helping out with additional games for

children to do during the event. Please email me at

A spooktackular Saint Jude Halloween Event

Trunk Registration Form

October 23, 2016 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm

Saint Jude “Parking Lot” 2 Eisenhower Road

All cars and trucks are welcome and must complete this form prior to the event. Vehicle owners are urged to come in costume.

Rules:

-Please be courteous to trunk neighbors and keep music volume and your decorations confined to your booth space.

-Vehicles must arrive at Saint Jude Parking Lots located at 2 Eisenhower Road, around 12 as the event starts at 1. In order to be considered for winner, all interested trunks must make sure their plot number is visible for people to see. Vehicles must be prepared to stay until event ends at 3pm. For safety purposes, vehicles will not be permitted to move or leave the parking lot until the event is over.

-We will not be providing any electrical support for vehicle decorations.

-Only properly registered vehicles will be allowed to participate in this event and each vehicle will be inspected for unauthorized candy or treats prior to Trunk or Treat.
