Annual General Meeting Friday 28th April 2017

As secretary of the Lancashire and Cheshire Association I am pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting of the Association at 11am on Friday 28th April 2017 at Preston Town Hall, Lancaster Road, PR1 2RL

Guests are recommended to park on the Market carpark. Link to this and other town centre carparks:

Tea / coffee will be available from 10.30 am.

The guest speaker is the National President of the IRRV, Ian Ferguson and following the meeting lunch will follow at 12.30pm and is being taken at Mundotapas (http://mundotapas.co.uk).

Following lunch guests will have the opportunity to experience at cocktail masterclass at 2pm (http://reviewpreston.co.uk).

Please note that hard copies of the accounts for year ending 31.12.2016 will be available at the meeting, however, should any member wish to see them in advance of the meeting then please either contact myself or the treasurer, Mike Shang:

If you are attending the meeting or wish to stand for any position within the Association, please notify me at least two weeks before the AGM in order that any ballot papers may be prepared.
