VISA REQUIREMENTS

1. General: This form should be accompanied with a valid Passport, two passport size photographs, visa fee, return air ticket ( with a photocopy) and valid yellow fever vaccination certificate and travelers cheques/BTA.

2. Business Visa: In case of first visit: Letter of invitation from Indian company, Original Company Incorporation Certificate ( with a photocopy) and any relevant documents relating to past business in India.

For subsequent visits: Copies of bills/Invoices of goods purchased/ imported including airway bill/ Bill of Lading etc. as a result of last visit/visits.

3. Student Visa: A proof of admission in recognized educational institute in India, no objection certificate from the Federal Ministry of Education and for medical courses from the Ministry of Health; an affidavit from the Parent/Guardian that they will be responsible for regular remittance of funds to the student to continue his study in India and evidence of adequate funds or travellers cheque/BTA for at least first four months sustenance in India.

4. All Students are advised to seek extension of their stay in India from the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer concerned.
