___ Free – People’s Choice Wing Competition. (Friday night; Turn-in 6:00-6:30 pm to off-site People’s Choice Tent. Teams will not be required to service the public. Organizer provides wings and a full size aluminum pan.) See contest rules for more information.

Committee reserves the right to reject any application. If your application is not accepted, your money will be refunded; however, there will be no refunds given after a team is accepted into the competition. This is a rain or shine event.

Waiver of Liability: In consideration for your acceptance of this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself (or my organizational entity), my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against GMAX Automotive, Cabarrus Arena & Event Center, and Kansas City Barbeque Society (“KCBS”), their agents successors, and employees for any and all claims arising from or during this even, including without limitation, all costs liabilities, judgements, expenses, damages or reasonable attorney fees. My signature below and enclosed payment indicates that the above named individuals agree to abide by the rules and regulations of KCBS and the Event. Further, I grant full permission to the KCBS and GMAX Automotive, to use any and all photographs, images, videotapes, recording or any other record of the event for any lawful purpose.
