Scholarship Application
Criteria for selection of scholarship recipients
Criteria includes academic record, financial need, extracurricular activities, community service, intent to attend a university/technical school or enter chosen career field; completion of the recommendation form from an MTC teacher.
Scholarship Checklist
Complete the checklist for scholarship consideration.
The complete application is available online at School Counseling/Scholarships.
Inform your Monroe teacher that you are applying for a scholarship and ask for his/her recommendation on your behalf.
Complete the essay question.
Complete the Financial Statement form. This is the same Financial Statement form used by all of the high schools in Loudoun County.
Attach letter(s) of acceptance to technical schools and/or universities.
Make a copy of the application materials for your records.
Submit the completed application packet to the Monroe School Counseling Office by Monday, April 3, 2017
