BREEDERS CUP HALTER FUTURITY

STALLION NOMINATION FORM

OPEN DIVISION

THIS AGREEMENT, dated______, between the Breeders Cup Halter Futurity LLC. (hereinafter BCHF) and Owner ______(hereinafter Nominator) address ______city, state, zip ______Telephone number______hereby agree to enter the Stallion______Breed______into the BCHF Open Futurity. In consideration thereof, Nominator agrees to the following:

1. Nomination Fee: Nominator hereby tenders and pays a Nomination Fee to BCHF, as set forth below. a. $5,000.00 if paid by February 1, 2011 to make stallion’s 2011 and 2012 foals eligible in the BCHF Open Futurity; or

b. $2,500.00 if paid by February 1, 2011 to make stallion’s 2012 foals eligible in the BCHF Open Futurity.

Nominator understands that for eligibility, the Stallion must be enrolled yearly in the BCHF Open Futurity, and must pay a yearly Nomination fee pursuant to the terms herein.

2. A Stallion Who Is Incapable of Breeding Due to Death or Infertility:

If the Stallion dies or becomes infertile before 2011, the Stallion’s foals of 2011 and 2012 may be eligible for enrollment in the BCHF Open Futurity classes as long as the Nomination fee has been paid.

3. Hold Harmless: Nominator hereby agrees to release and hold BCHF harmless from any and all damages arising as a result of the nomination or participation of the stallion in the BCHF.

4. Substitutions: Substitution of a stallion is only allowed if a stallion dies or becomes infertile.

5. Rules: Nomination must comply with the provisions of this agreement and the rules of the BCHF for the Stallion to be eligible to participate in the Program.

6. Breed Registration Paper: A copy of the Stallion’s breed registration papers must accompany this agreement.
