2431.31a – Standard Rates. The following are standard rates which will generally be used for small sales of forest products on the Mt. Hood National Forest. Occasional deviation from these rates will be allowed as long as the rate charged is not below the minimum charge allowed by the Regional Forester and a SFP Appraisal with supporting documentation is completed and kept on file with copy of permit. The following rates were developed for the forest by using the Regional SFP Appraisal program.
