Instructions for the Organizer

Please make these forms available for your congregant/participantsto gather orders.* Each customer must fill out his or her own form.

As the event organizer you will need to attend to the following tasks:

1.Set a price for the bars. They cost you $2.50 wholesale, we suggest selling them for $4.00—but it could be $3.00 oreven $5.00.

2.Create a deadline for receiving the orders, so that you can place your order to Equal Exchange by March 31st. This will ensure that folks receive the chocolate by first seder. We suggest the deadline be March 20th.

3.Fill in the blanks on the form with your group’s information before printing.

4.We recommend printing the forms in color. In addition to looking nicer, you can use the forms in place of signage on your table.

5.Figure out what name should be placed on any checks that you receive.

*A big thanks to Wendy Schwartz from Beth Jacob Congregation in Mendota Heights, MN for creating this form!
