The first day of school is right around the corner.
Does your child have all the necessary immunizations to start school in September?
Sullivan County Public Health is holding Two Last Minute Clinics at the Shared Clinic Facility, 50 Community Lane
in Liberty. One clinic will be held on Tuesday, September 4th from 4 to 6 PM, and another clinic on Wednesday,
September 5th from 5 to 7 PM.
A parent or responsible adult must accompany the child.
Be sure to bring the child’s current immunization record.
And, don’t forget, most children qualify for free vaccinations.
