Grantees awarded funding through this initiative will be required to submit a short narrative and expenditure report at the end of the biennium. They may also be asked to participate in a debrief meeting and present at an annual grantee meeting.

What can funds be used for?

Some examples of eligible activities include but are not limited to:

·  Technology (equipment, software, etc.)

·  Partnership development

·  Staff development and training

·  Consulting and technical assistance

·  List additional eligible activities here

What activities are NOT eligible for funding?

·  Lobbying or other direct political activities

·  Ineligible activities per list any information from specific grant program type guidelines if/when applicable

What criteria will proposals be reviewed for?

·  Articulates a compelling need

·  Credible plan to address the need

·  Includes plan to sustain the capacity, technology, etc. achieved through the grant

·  Alignment with list grant name/grant program type here program activities

·  Clear outcomes

·  Reasonable budget

What is the initiative timeline?
