ID OR PASSPORT is required to register. No registration will occur without clear identification.

REFUND OF DEPOSIT: Refunds are returned to customers in the manner the deposit was paid. Card and EFT refunds take 7-10 working days to process. Customer need to leave correct full banking details upon request for a refund. This is done by handing in your buyer number, collecting the green form, waiting for your number to be called out, and filling in the banking details slip. Customers are responsible for providing their correct banking details.

PAYMENTS:

EVERY ITEM THAT YOU WIN A BID FOR IS LIABLE FOR PAYMENT: NO EXECPTIONS.

PURCHASE PRICE = BID PRICE + 14% VAT + R4500 ADMINISTRATION FEE.

VAT is payable for each item purchased.

ADMINISTRATION FEE is set at R4500. Administration fee is payable for each item purchased.

NO DISCOUNTS ARE GIVEN ON THE PURCHASE PRICE.

ALL PAYMENTS DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION. NO FINANCE OR BANK LOANS are accepted. No company or personal cheques accepted for payments.

Should issues arise on your behalf, kindly come to the auction office for assistance. We cannot assist telephonically during auction. Please collect all invoices at our offices, and submit all queries at the office.

Please bring bank cheques to our site office for verification. Please check the bank cheque is written correctly otherwise we will not accept it with errors, omissions and/ or corrections.

When doing a transfer, advise your bank to do a same day transfer. All funds should be reflecting in our account so as to release goods. No items will be released with a proof of payment of funds that are not reflecting.

No invoices will be divided. Kindly note should you buy for various persons or companies, the full balance needs to be settled in full so as to release all goods. No goods will be release with an outstanding balance. All invoices need to be paid in full prior to items being released.

A Cancellation fee is charged by the seller for items bid on auction but not paid for.

Cancellation is only applicable prior to paying any balances on an invoice. No cancellations will occur post purchase payment.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

ITEMS BID ON TO THE VALUE LESS THAN R60000
CANCELLATION= R20000 + R3500 = R23500 / ITEMS BID ON TO THE VALUE MORE THAN R60000
CANCELLATION= 25% OF THE BID PRICE + R3500

If any item is to be transported to our storage facility after auction, a fee of R3500 + VAT will be charged per item.

All items stored after the 24 hour payment period, will be liable for R300 + VAT per day per item IN ADDITION to outstanding balances due. Please note that cancellation is not negotiable.

GENERAL:

All items are sold with no duty to repair, as agreed upon by the auctioneers and purchasers. All goods are sold with no exchanges, no refunds & no guarantees. All goods are sold “voetstoets” with no returns on items purchased.

No guarantees or warranties are given on odometer readings and or year models.

A viewing day is provided prior to auction, whereby items can be viewed by customers. It is the customer’s duty to inspect all items prior to bidding.

Should you purchase more than one item, the auctioneers and or staff have the right to approach yourself for a further deposit, payable immediately. A further deposit of a minimum R20000 is liable.

Should a dispute arise, kindly wait till the end of the auction to discuss the matter with the auctioneer.

The auctioneer has the right to revoke any bid at any time.
