Neehr Perfect Go! is an educational EHR system exclusively for students and faculty. At Neehr Perfect we value realistic clinical patient charts and educationally relevant activities and scenarios for hands on learning in healthcare education. At Neehr Perfect we value your ideas, the ways you want to teach and the content you want to teach with.
Neehr Perfect Go! provides a forum for educators to publish their patient charts, and other educational content such as simulation scenarios, into the Neehr Perfect Go! educational EHR for the benefit of their students andthe wider healthcare education community.

Accepted Content
Submitted content should address issues of educational interest and display realistic and accurate clinical data as well ascurrent best practices to illustrate the educational objectives. Selection of content for publication is based on clinical and educational excellence, distinctive contribution to the diverse population of Neehr Perfect Go! educational materials, and the importance to contemporary nursing, medical office, medicine, or therapy academic programs.
Content Submission Process
Content submission to Neehr Perfect Go! is made through the online Neehr Perfect Content Submission Form. Neehr Perfect will accept electronically submitted Neehr Perfect Content Submission forms for review at any time.
Neehr Perfect publishes accepted content into Neehr Perfect Go! three times a year. Publication dates areMarch 15th, July 15th, and November15th.
Submissions are always open, Neehr Perfect has a rolling submission process with submission deadlines for consideration for upcoming publication always two months prior to the next publication date: January 15th submission deadline for March 15th publication, May 15th submission deadline for July 15th publication, September 15th submission deadline for November 15th publication.
Review and notification dates: When you submit for publication, you will be notified of the status of your submission on the 15th of the month prior to the next publication date. February 15th, June 15th, October 15th, respectively.

Content Submission Statuses
When you submit for publication, you will be notified of the status of your submission on the 15th of the month prior to the next publication date, February 15th, June 15th, October 15th. Potential submission statuses are:
Accepted: Congratulations! Your submitted content will be published into Neehr Perfect Go! as is. No modification requested.
Wait list: Due to overwhelming volume, your submitted content has not yet been reviewed and will be considered for the next publication date.
Contingent on modification:Errors, discrepancies or gaps were found in the content. Changes or modifications will be offered or suggested. You may make these changes and resubmit for consideration, or you may request Neehr Perfect make these changes and move the content to a Wait List status pending future review.
Does not meet criteria:Unfortunately,the submitted content does not meet Neehr Perfect’s educational or quality criteria and will not be considered for publication at this time.
Retained Author Rights
As an author you (or your employer or institution)retain certain rights. Neehr Perfect will give you named author credit for being the original author of the content in the Neehr Perfect Go! Network, on the materials themselves, and within the EHR.For more information on author rights for Patient Charts, see theArchetypeInnovationsNeehrPerfectAssignmentAgreementposted at the end of this document.

ARCHETYPE INNOVATIONS’ NEEHR PERFECT ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
By submitting your content to Neehr Perfect via , you are acknowledging and accepting the following. Do not submit content that you do not have rights to assign to Neehr Perfect per this agreement.
THIS ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT, is entered into by and between the author and copyright owner named below (“Assignor”) and Archetype Innovations, LLC ("Assignee").
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Assignor and Archetype agree as follows:
1. Assignor does hereby assign, sell, transfer, set over and deliver unto Assignee all of its right, title and interest in and to the following copyrighted materials listed in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein (hereinafter, the “Materials”), subject to Assignor’s reservation of rights in Section 4, below.
2. Assignor represents and warrants that Assignor is the creator of the Materials and is the sole the owner of all intellectual property rights in the Materials, including but not limited to all registered, unregistered, statutory and common law copyrights. Assignor further represents that Assignor is not prohibited, prevented, or otherwise restricted by law, contract, or any other means, from freely and voluntarily assigning to Assignee all of Assignor’s right, title and interest in and to the Materials.
3. Assignor agrees that Assignor will, any time and from time to time, upon receipt of written request, execute and deliver to Assignee, including its successors and assigns, any new or confirmatory instruments which may be necessary in order to protect or fully assign and transfer to and vest in Assignee, and/or its successors and assigns, its right, title, and interest in and to the Materials.
4. Assignee agrees that Assignor retains the right, as the author of the Materials, to continue to use, revise, and add to the Materials in connection with Assignor’s licensed use of Assignee’s copyrighted software products. In addition, Assignee agrees that it will give Assignor credit for being the original author of the Materials in any publication, licensing, display, distribution or other use of the Materials, including but not limited to use of the Materials in connection with any of Assignee’s copyrighted software products.
5. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the assignment of the Materials, superseding all prior agreements and understandings, and may be amended only in writing. All notices shall be in writing and given to a party at the address set forth in this Neehr Perfect Content Submission. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota, without giving effect to the conflict of laws principles thereof. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assignees of Assignor and Assignee.
