Fee: $40 per child in middle school ($90 per family of 3 or more).
A book ordering fee of $10 will be added after September 1, 2016.

All fees are due with registration. All Religious Education programs have separate fees. If you are using separate forms for the programs your children are participating in, please pay each fee separately. Please contact Deacon Ron Roderick at 303-838-0338 if the Middle School RE fee presents a difficulty as scholarships are available.
Families must be registered in either Our Lady of the Pines or St. Elizabeth parishes for this form to be processed. Please contact the parish office at 303-838-0338 to register in the parish.
You will receive a receipt of payments by email upon returning this registration to the Church office.
Classes start on September 14, 2016.
Starting Oct 2nd, 2016, classes will be held on Sundays starting with the 5:30pm Youth Mass and then “The Summit” youth group meeting 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the lower level of the Parish Center. Dinner will be served during the meeting.
6th, 7th, & 8th grades are being taught together. Please see calendar for specific dates. Friends are welcome to all youth group sessions.
