Welcome to the 2017 Festive leading Availability Questionnaire! Leading over the Christmas and New Year period in one of our UK Country Houses, or at our selected European resorts is a uniquely satisfying experience. Leaders make these holidays some of the highlights of the year for the many guests who choose to spend this special time of year with us.

There’s no denying that a Festive appointment can be ‘full-on’, but we’ve made several changes to the planning of these holidays that we hope will make things that little bit easier for our leader teams:
UK Holidays:
· Planning and production of walking programmes done by the Penrith office
· High-quality external entertainment in the evenings (ceilidh bands, local speakers, musicians)
· £45 per night rate for a partner or friend sharing your room over the whole period (£10 per night for children)
· Leader stay for free for a night before their appointment starts (subject to space in the house), and your room sharer can join you for £9.99. (Offer valid until 31st March, thereafter £25)
Europe Holidays:
· Increased discounted rates for a partner or friend sharing your room (flights included) of 50% if you lead for two weeks, or 25% if you lead for one week. (Offer valid until 1st June 2017).
· Lighter map packs – we’ve reduced these to the minimum needed for these weeks
· Specially-revised festive Resort Briefs
· No Christmas presents to take with you!
We recognise that Christmas Day is a special event. To give an extra thank you for leaders who choose to lead over this day we provide free nights to use throughout the following year. If you lead on a six or seven night holiday that covers Christmas Day (in the UK or Europe), we offer four free nights holiday in the UK. If you lead a four night holiday we offer two free nights holiday in the UK. Please note that this offer is only available to leaders who do not take advantage of the sharer discounts.
To apply to lead a Festive holiday, please complete the AQ overleaf, and return to Michelle Taylor by Friday 24 February. We hope to appoint our festive leader teams the following week.
