The Minnesota Health Information Management Association invites you to join our organization as a Corporate Vendor/ Partner.
As a Corporate/Vendor Partner your organization will be able to participate in MHIMA’s many activities and promote your organization to the MHIMA membership of more than 2000 professionals throughout the state of Minnesota.
Corporate/Vendor Partner benefits include:
·  Direct web site link from MHIMA’s website to yours.
·  Receipt of all mailings and announcements to your company’s designated contact person
·  Discounted exhibit booth at the Annual Meeting for for-profit Partners ($500 - Exhibitor Registration form is required with your payment)
·  One free full 3 day registration to the Annual Meeting (Meeting Attendee Registration form required)
·  One free partial page display ad in the Annual Meeting conference program
·  Reduced fees on banner ads
The fee for a Corporate/Vendor Partnership is $350 per calendar year. Corporations joining after the first quarter of the year pay a pro-rated fee. See page 2 for payment schedule.

Corporate Partner Payment Schedule

Joining between January 1 and March 31 of the calendar year: $350

Joining between April 1 and June 30 of the calendar year: $270

Joining between July 1 and September 30 of the calendar year: $180

Joining after October 1 of the calendar year: $ 90
