Rules and Regulations
- Fees will be$35per booth. All booths needing electricity will pay an additional $5 fee per booth. Late entry fee of be $50 per booth will be accepted through October 11. No entries will be accepted after October 11, 2011.
- Booth fees are non-refundable. Booth size is 12’x12’. Pop-up canopies only; absolutely no stakes may be driven in the grounds of the courthouse. This will be strictly enforced.
- Exhibitors must provide their own tables and chairs and be responsible for their own set-up and removal.
- Set-up time is 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. on the days of the festival. You may set up Friday afternoon after 3:00 p.m. at your own risk, no security provided.
- Vendor parking will be available west of the LlanoCity Hall. No parking will be available around Courthouse Square from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Food vendors must comply with Texas Department of State Health Services guidelines for temporary food establishments. Efforts will be made to limit duplications of food items.
- Booths will be manned at all times and we request that you to stay until the end.
- Booth spaces will be assigned ahead of time. Participants will receive a confirmation letter with booth space assignment, map, and other information.
- No refunds, rain or shine.
- Neither the City of Llano, the Main Street Program, nor LlanoCounty will be liable for loss or damage of property from any cause, nor will they be responsible for accidents on the grounds, adjacent roads, or highways.
- Vendors/participants agree to hold harmless the City of Llano, Llano Main Street, or LlanoCounty for any of the items referenced in item 10.
- The Main Street Program reserves the right to reject applicants whose products or activities do not support the theme of the Llano County Heritage Festival.
