Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cashier- ability to open/close and balance daily, while being friendly to customers
  • Driver- map out driving route. Pick up donations in a timely and professional manner with no damage to items. Complete all required paperwork, while being friendly to customers
  • Merchandiser- ability to determine which items are saleable. Clean and price items before they go to sales floor, while being friendly to customers
  • Electronic tester- test electronic item to ensure it is in working order
  • Sales floor – happily assist customers with products and offer assistance with additional sales provide them appropriate carts and dollies (don’t wait to be asked)
  • Welcomer- greet customer with a warm welcome and tell them about any special offers; direct them to the correct area if asked a question
  • Donations greeter- graciously accept donations from customers, assist with unloading items. Review donation a form prior to donor leaving to make sure it is completed properly, with a smile on at all times.
  • Volunteer Lead- educate new volunteer on safety issues, make sure all volunteer have appropriate attire and volunteer log is signed. Set up projects within their ability and check on them every 30 minutes, while being friendly to customers
  • Office Assistant- answer phone clearly and according to direction. Place callers on hold if you need assistance. Complete all forms completely and clearly. Copy, fax and all other tasks assigned by Restore Manger. Always smile while talking on the phone.
  • Sales Associate- Responsible to keep a sales book and track weekly & monthly sales requirements determined by the manager.

  • Minimum High School Diploma,Associates Degree preferred
  • Ability to communicate in written and verbal form
  • 3-5 years retail and/or customer service management experience
  • Valid Florida Drivers License
