eCTC Implementation Project in Pennsylvania – Updates on training with Social Development Research Group (SDRG) and PA trainees
Project Overview/Update:
This project is designed to implement the eCTC curriculum with 20 coalition sites and to train a cadre of 7 coaches over the next 3 years; Round One Roll Out has defined the sites listed below as the first sites to be trained on the materials; (F) = site currently funded through PCCD; (M) = mature sites that are not currently receiving funding through PCCD and are revitalizing their CTC focus
eCTC Project Notes:
- “PA Mobilizer” = “eCTC Facilitator”: The eCTC curriculum has the Facilitator conducting the trainings utilizing the video-based curriculum with guidance from EPISCenter staff and the Coaching Cadre
 - Coaching Cadre: This is a group of 7 individuals (3 are EPISCenter staff) who will be coaching the eCTC sites through the process utilizing the eCTC curriculum; each coach must first facilitate a coalition through the process utilizing the eCTC curriculum
 - eCTC Sites will have special access to eCTC materials found on the site
