SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS :
31 / a) The procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all the tenders or annul the Tender Proceedings.
b) The provision laid down in the ‘’Public Procurement Regulation (PPR) 2008’’ & PPA (2nd revision)-2009 & Standard Tender Document will be strictly compliance upon this tender If any confusion arises due to printing mistakes in STD (PW3) or otherwise then “The Public Procurement Regulations 2008” will govern.
c) If the Tenderer submits any false/incorrect or forged certificate, the tender will be out rightly rejected.
d) The Tender closing date shall be automatically extended to the following Office day in case of any unavoidable circumstances for which notice will be served and posted in the Notice Boards of the Chief Engineer, Southern Zone, BWDB, Barisal, the Superintending Engineer, Bhola O&M Circle, BWDB, Bhola and in the Office of the undersigned & Tender will be opened at the same time on the next working day. For this reason the Tenderers are advised to establish communication with the undersigned over Telephone # 04923-74572 (Office).
e) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to shift the location of work as per field condition and quantity may increase or decrease as per field requirement, no financial claim in this regard will be entertained.
f) There is no provision for Land Acquisition for this work. So, Contractors will have to arrange the land at their own initiatives. No financial claim in this regard will be entertained.
g) All certificate and other relevant papers which will be submitted with the tender Document must be marked by serial numbers.
h) i) In the case of modification, the tenderer will newly quote the item wise rate and amount in the respective columns of the section 6:BOQ of those item’s rate wanted to be corrected / modified and submitted in the sealed envelope before the tender submission dead line. Modification quoted as percentage less or above either one or total items rate/amount will not be accepted.
ii) Any interlineations, erasures, or overwriting in tender modification will not be accepted.
i) Work order will be issued subject to budget provision and approval of competent authority. Even Part work order may be issued depending upon the decision from the competent authority. No claim or extra payment will be entertained for non-issuance or delay issuance of work order.
j) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim or extra payment will be entertained for delay payment.
