10:15 a.m.Hedge Funds as Alternative Lender: Scott Victor of SSG Capital, Michael A. Fixler of Candlewood Partners, Jim Kirschner of Beltway Capital Partners of Hanover, Maryland, and Michael Buenzow of FTI will discuss the growing trend of hedge funds to provide financing in troubled credits, typical terms of such financing and restrictions on the flexibility of a hedge fund as lender from the regulatory standpoint with respect to subsequent restructurings.

Mike is known as an expert in futurist aviation issues. Since co-founding his company in 1984, he has directed hundreds of projects for clients ranging from small airports to global companies such as General Electric, Delta Airlines, Continental Airlines, Aerostructures, and Embraer Aircraft. In addition to being a frequent and sought-after speaker at aviation conferences, Mr. Boyd has presented testimony to Congress on a number of aviation issues. He has testified at Senate hearings regarding airline competition, and in 1996 he provided input at the Presidential Emergency Board formed by President Clinton to avoid a strike at American Airlines. Mr. Boyd is also frequently asked to provide aviation commentary for national media, the major networks, CNN, MSNBC, as well as newspapers and industry publications

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline is Wednesday, May 11, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. No refunds will be granted after this date, but substitutions will be allowed. There will be no exceptions.
