Volunteers& Marshals / 5 minutes before start of race prevent cars entering the access road leading to the race start. Cars only allowed through after competitors have passed the roundabout adjacent to the entrance gate.
Similarly, cars to be prevented from leaving car parks 5 minutes before start of race and until competitors have passed the roundabout adjacent to the entrance gate.
Volunteers & Marshals to wear high-vis tabards. / Marshal at 1st Roundabout & Park Warden (DJRM, ??? + Warden)

2. Traffic after race start / Competitors, volunteers & Marshals / Competitors to be advised to use path alongside the access road.

3.Traffic at end of race
(cars in previous year were parked behind admin tents and were crossing path of competitors approaching finish line) / Competitors, volunteers & Marshals / Competitors to be advised to use path alongside the access road.
Competitors not allowed to wear earphones or headphones.
Car park Marshals to prevent competitors parking behind admin tents. Alternatively, if this area has to be used, make sure cars exiting this area do not cut across path of runners approaching finish. / Note in joining instructions. (CB)

4.Collision with other park users / Competitors & other park users / Competitors to be made aware that dog walkers, cyclists etc will be using the park on the night.
