The Bihar Project
This project is very much similar to Peter Jack’s Niger Delta Renaissance project (Reference (a) above) -- particularly if you include energy economic simulation.
(2) As for funding, you may follow Pakistani’s precedence;
ADB Assisting Pakistan Develop Energy Model to Meet Requirements
As you see in it, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) provided US$2 million to Pakistan to develop an energy model that would create an energy sector development plan that will meet the needs of an expanding economy.
Having your energy model, you may join in our GSEEED project (Reference (b) above).
(3) If you choose system dynamic modeling methodology, your first step is to construct the so-called “cause-and-effect” diagrams;
(4) This project may also be led to the creation of GUS/India/Bihar — see our Nigerian colleague’s proposal in the Reference (a) above, too.
(5) Amit is now at his home in Calcutta, India, which is near to Bihar, so that you may ask his help.

Please find attached a draft presentation of the Bihar project - which I believe corresponds to GSEEED, in some way. Attached is a draft presentation of the Project. We have accomplished field visits to the project areas, are piggybacking on a local NGO in Bihar, but we believe that the approach - which we call an approach for Rural Organization - has global application.
When you have the time to go over it and the short draft executive summary (which has been changing as we ramp out)perhaps I can introduce to the Founder if you so desire, then reach out to the contacts you so graciously sent us.
