Treasurer’s Report:
Purchases include Drum set, Humanities resources and Outdoor Play equipment. Total funds available at 13/6/05 £2715.21
Outstanding invoices for Gardening, Arts Week and Dictionaries
Events:
- A massive thank you to all who helped to tidy the Quiet Area. More pebbles are needed and Gary will price. Gill feels that there are a few items left to complete the works.
- The Summer ‘raffle’ to go ahead with a first prize of £150 and other major prizes to include signed Yeovil ‘new’ shirt. SW to speak to Jeremy Cozens about a flight. More prizes are needed as soon as possible. Contact Bella.
- It’s a Knockout cheerleaders are well into their training. County Primary will not allow us to have a stall at the event. We still need volunteers for the team.
- Golf Evening- Dave Cuff to organise date in penultimate week of term.
- Tombola for Yetminster Fair- Bella to speak to Jane Trower
- Rota for the day will be distributed by Bella, who will also send a request for Tombola items.
- Yr Six end of year ‘bash’ to be organised by Sandra, Gill and Jane. Monday 11th July
- Request for funding agreed for CHEERLEADERS £40 , HUMANITIES RESOURCES £500 ROUND HOUSE TBC
