Mansker Farms HOA

Dear Home Owner
We hope that everyone had a wonderful (although seemed short) summer. Hard to believe school is back in session and fall right around the corner.

Dumping in Neighborhood

Thanks to Lori Craig for making us aware of a very big problem with people dumping on the hill above Coach Light and the back entrance of the subdivision. There were over 250+ tires, computers, couches and automobile parts dumped in this area. Geri Peterson from the City of Hendersonville along with our Alderman, Arlene Cunningham and the HOA board were able to work together with the owners of the property and get this area cleaned up. It was a $10,000 project and NO expense was incurred by the HOA which is great news. You will notice that gates have been installed and no trespassing signs are posted. Anyone violating these signs will be fined and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

MAINTENANCE FEES

There will be no increase in the monthly maintenance fees for the year 2016. The fee will remain $54.00 a month and is due the 1st of each month. There is a grace period until the 15th. Please allow time for processing. There is a $20.00 late charge.

Annual HOA Member Meeting

The Annual HOA Member meeting will be Thursday October 15th 6:30 at the clubhouse.
