  • The project involved in studying the Promoters holding in the companies and their impact on the overall shareholding of the companies.
  • Studied and analyzed Shareholding Pattern under Clause 35 of the Listing Agreement.
  • Dealt with compliance under 'Prohibition of Insider Trading' and 'Takeover Code' of Securities and Exchange Board Of India to analyze if the companies were following the guidelines mentioned by SEBI.
  • The project helped in developing a tracking system to check if the shareholding was truly recorded as per SEBI’s format.

  • Analysis of Investment Style of Investors and Promotion of Mutual Funds.

Company: Allianz Securities, Baroda.

Synopsis: The study mainly involved understanding the style of investments of the 200 customers surveyed during project and thereby promoting them mutual funds as an avenue for Investments.

  • Market Research on Margo Soap

Duration: 1 Month.

Synopsis: The Research aimed at studying the marketing mix of Margo Soap, comparing it with that of its competitors and thereafter suggesting suitable recommendations if any to improve the market share for the product.

  • Corporate Financial Analysis of Nestle India & Sterlite Industries

Duration: 1 Month.

Synopsis: The report included analysis of the two companies on basis of their statements of accounts and studying their financial ratios. The study also included application of DCF valuation and a full corporate governance analysis of the companies.
