The Conversion Tool

A few words before you start.

The conversion from Omnis 7.x to Studio 2.x may not be 100% successful.

It will be necessary for you to carry out some extensive testing and possibly the handcrafting of some code, to ensure that your libraries are converted successfully. We have tested the conversion tool and know that there are some limitations.

Two small requests:

1.  Please ensure that you have a secure backup of any libraries prior to using the conversion tool.

2.  Should you have any support issues / questions, would you please address them to . As opposed to your normal channels.

Please copy / save the ZIP file to a temporary folder.

When using Winzip or Binhex, ensure that you set 'USE FOLDER NAMES'
