Dear ACESEO Member,
You are in store for an exciting and rewarding time at the 42nd annual meeting of the Alabama Cooperative Extension Employees Organization (ACESEO) at the Grand National in Opelika, Alabama. The theme of the conference is “Creatively Connecting Resources”. Mark your calendar now for May 5-7, 2010 and make plans to participate in workshops, attend the Awards Luncheon, hear educational speakers, and enjoy camaraderie at its best.
There are two options for making reservations at Auburn Marriott Opelika Hotel & Conference Center at Grand National. Regardless of the method you choose, make your reservation by Wednesday, May 5, 2010 to receive the special rate of $99.00.
Reservations may be made by online or by phone.
Online Option: To use the online option, simply cut and paste the link below into your browser. You will be directed to the property's home page with the code for ACESEO already entered in the appropriate field. All you need to do is enter your arrival date to begin the reservation process.

Pre-registration for early birds is $95. Pre-registration must be postmarked byApril 30,2010. After April 30, 2010 registration is $120 ($25 late fee). No exceptions, so, please get your registration in mail before post office closes to ensure that your registration is postmarked on or before April 30th. If your registration is postmarked after April 30th, you will receive an email or letter in mail to inform you of the late fee ($25).
Annually, our ACESEO scholarship fundraiser is an auction. Please bring an item or two for the auction and leave at the registration desk when you arrive. As always, we solicit door prizes from each member and/or county. Please bring a door prize or two and leave at the registration desk along with your auction item(s). We appreciate your support of our annual meeting and we depend on each member to help make our fundraiser a success for our scholarship fund. The more we raise the more scholarships we give out. We all love door prizes, so bring one so that we can have door prizes for everyone.
