Note:

In case of utility bill payments (BSNL, HPSEB) total bill amount collected will have to be deposited in the bank account of concerned utility provider. The charges to be paid by citizens will be retained by Sugam Centers and charges to be paid by concerned utility provider will be paid subsequently on monthly basis after bill is raised by Sugam Nodal Officers.
