2017Civil Rights Data Collection

The DE is again willing to help districts with the Civil Rights Data Collection that will be taking place this year for the 2015-2016 school year. We will be creating files that will be submitted for a majority of the data requested by OCR (Office of Civil Rights).

If you have questions, please contact Chris Bieghler at or 515-281-5507.

The following table will let districts know what data the DE will be able to provide and what data the districts will have to provide. I hope this helps you as you prepare for the opening of the data collection this fall. More details will be forthcoming as we approach the reporting time period.
