· Permits are issued for a period of one hour only and a maximum of 25 people. Unless otherwise agreed.
· To avoid conflict with regular park visitors, only one group is allowed into the park at any one time. Confetti of any kind is not permitted.

· The fee is £100.00+VAT (£120.00 Inc VAT) and should be paid by debit or credit card (we regret that we do not accept American Express)
· Once permits have been issued, no refunds will be made.
· For any amendments to the permit, we require 48hours notice ahead of the shoot date. If amendments are requested after this time frame an amendment fee of £50 will be applied.
· Along with this form, please return a copy of your public liability insurance, which should cover you for a minimum of £5M per incident.

· Parking is permitted in the public car parks in Richmond Park, of which there are 7. Please note that there are currently no parking charges and you should refer to the park opening & closing times for access restrictions. Off Road parking is strictly forbidden.
· Please note that filming & photography is not permitted in the Isabella Plantation or Pembroke Lodge.
