Repeat prescriptions are available for collection within 48 hours of requesting them except on weekend, bank & local holidays. They can be requested in person, in writing, via the telephone and also via our online system (please ask a member of the reception to provide you with your own pin access). Housebound patients can request repeat prescriptions via the telephone.

If for any reason you are not happy with the services offered by our surgery and if you wish to complain a complaint must be made in writing to the practice manager. Dr Kainth will personally look into and investigate the complaint appropriately to bring about a beneficial resolution. Please feel free to make positive suggestions so that we can improve our service. Patient’s rights & responsibilities
In order for you to make the best use of the services offered I have made a few suggestions
(1) All requests for home visits must be made before 10-00am. Please limit these to only medical emergencies so that our resources are not too stretched. We will endeavour to see all emergencies on the day in the surgery.
(2) Patients should be punctual & if they cannot attend please let us know so that someone else can use the appointment.
(3) Patients should be polite to the staff. Any violence or aggression to the staff will not be tolerated & will result in removal.
(4) Please limit out of hours usage to emergencies only.
In return we will treat our patients to the best of our abilities.
How the practice uses personal information
All members of staff have access to patient information via medical records. Each member of staff has signed a confidentiality agreement and therefore all patient information is confidential. A breech of this requirement will be regarded as a gross misconduct. Any persons outside of the practice requiring information for insurance, legal purposes must obtain patient signature for consent.
All of our patients now have a ‘named GP’
