Role and Scope:
Provide Corrosion Section input to all Engineering Projects from conceptual until successful commissioning as per targets.
Ensure the follow up and completion of the specific corrosion and inspection projects/activities as per target.
Ensure the integrity and Corrosion Monitoring Programs are implemented and the reports issued as per targets.
Ensure the deliverables under the Performance Enhancement are met within target dates.
Commissioning CP protection system of wells, pipelines and Tanks.
Organize,Coordinate and Supervise the daily work of Cathodic Protectionmonitoring,Corrosion monitoring and Coating activities.
Accountable for the tasks performed.
Analize the CP downloaded/survey data and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate and arrange all the necessary HSE requirements including permit to work(PTW) and formal procedures.
Trouble shooting of CP system.
Configure the software of the CP units and Corrosion Monitoring units.
Conduct the necessary arrangements with sister companies for interference tests,Chemical trial,etc.under company guidelines.
Accountable and generating necessary work orders,LVPO,Task orders through Maximo maintenace management system.
Monitoring of Chemical Injection and necessary adjustments of chemical Injection Pumps.
Inspection of Coating activities like Dry film thicknes, Holiday test, Pull off test etc.
Co-ordinate and Supervise the DCVG and CIPS survey.
